Is it Cruelty Free or Vegan?

Absolutely. SMUDG FX is cruelty-free and vegan, with no animal-derived ingredients

Does it have an SPF?

SMUDG FX is designed as skin camouflage, not sunscreen. It contains non-nano zinc oxide as part of the formula. Use it over a sunscreen if you want a high spf.
